THINKING ABOUT A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN: LET’S BE SURE YOU ARE READY!

Friday, October 18th, 2019

Maine Health Care at Home

15 Industrial Park Rd, Saco, Maine 04072

Hosted By: Mia Milefoglie

Coffee and Networking: 9:00 AM  | Presentation: 9:30AM to 11:30AM

Join Libby K. Rust of The Rust Communications Group to talk about today are the things you need to think about as you get ready for a campaign and decide if you are ready!

Here are the questions you’ll find the answers to today so you too can make your plan.

  • Do I have the commitment of the Board?
  • Do we have the internal infrastructure to support a capital campaign?
  • How much do we truly need to raise?
  • How do I know if our donors will support the campaign?
  • Do I know my donor base well enough?
  • Can we afford a capital campaign and how might we fund it?
  • Will the campaign impact on our annual giving?
  • What is our exit plan if we do not reach our goal?

It is never too soon to look to a capital/endowment campaign.

You just need a plan. Sounds so simple, I know.
