Here are the questions you’ll find the answers to today so you too can make your plan.
- Do I have the commitment of the Board?
- Do we have the internal infrastructure to support a capital campaign?
- How much do we truly need to raise?
- How do I know if our donors will support the campaign?
- Do I know my donor base well enough?
- Can we afford a capital campaign and how might we fund it?
- Will the campaign impact on our annual giving?
- What is our exit plan if we do not reach our goal?
It is never too soon to look to a capital/endowment campaign.
You just need a plan. Sounds so simple, I know.
Libby brings more than 30 years of non- profit management, public relations and fund-raising experience to the discussion. Having worked in Maine, New Hampshire, New York and California, her track record speaks to an ability to succeed in very different institutional environments and in a variety of philanthropic communities. Her experience includes: United Way; human service organizations; home healthcare; major medical centers; community colleges and independent schools. Many of her capital campaign clients have been launching their first capital campaign.
